2. Transparent Damage Policy:

  • Minor scratches and dents that don’t affect functionality? Those are on us.
  • If the van could reasonably go right back out with the next service provider, and no repairs are required, you’re good!
  • Need repairs? We handle them at cost plus 25%, the lowest rate in the industry.  Lost availability time is charged at half the rental rate instead of the full rate charged by other vendors—with complete transparency.

About Us

Lasting Smiles Rentals was founded by a former delivery service provider in response to a major pain point: the costs associated with returning cargo vans at the end of the rental period.

Even very minor damage can cost a tremendous amount, many times that of the actual cost of repairs.

Lasting Smiles Rentals sources used cargo vans such that minor damages won’t necessarily detract from the value of the vehicles. So, we can offer service providers a break that other companies cannot.

Our Vehicles

All LSR vans are thoroughly inspected between rentals by an independent repair shop.  The vans are guaranteed to be of sound condition.

FAQ's

  1. Who is eligible to rent?
    LSR rentals are currently limited to companies that have Commercial Liability policies. Lasting Smiles Rentals will need to be added as a Certificate Holder.

  2. How are minor damages defined?

  • Scratches: Less than 3” x 1” x 1/2 inch in depth.

  • Dents: Less than 3” in diameter and/or less than 1” in depth. 

  • Broken parts such as mirrors, sidesteps, or any significant damage will be repaired at cost plus 25%, with complete transparency.

  1. Which areas does Lasting Smiles Rentals serve?
    LSR currently provides vans in the Greater Philadelphia area.

  2. What if a van needs servicing or roadside assistance?
    An auto repair shop has been contracted to provide repair and towing services in case of breakdowns or other issues.

  3. How do prices compare with other providers?
    Despite offering significant savings on the back end with our damage absorption policy, LSR is competitive on the front end. Our rates remain stable year-round with no major hikes during peak usage periods.
